Section 1 - General Terms

We only process your personal information (such as your title, name, address, telephone number, bank details and credit card number) in accordance with the German data protection acts (Datenschutzrecht). The following terms specify the type, the amount and the purpose of the personal information we collect and how we process and use this information. This privacy policy only applies to our online contents. If you are redirected to other online contents through links on our pages, please read the other pages' privacy policies.

Section 2 - Automated Data Collection

For technical reasons we collect the following data which your browser communicates:
- the type and version of your browser,
- your operating system,
- the referrer URL,
- the web page you are visiting,
- time and date of your access to our online content, 
- your IP-address.
This anonymous data is stored separately from your personal information and cannot be related to any person. This anonymous data is evaluated statistically to improve our online content and our offerings. It is erased after evaluation.

Section 3 - Contractual Data

(1) All personal information important for establishing, defining or changing the contractual relationship is exclusively used for the completion of the contract. This means for example that we need to forward your name and your shipping address to the shipment service. We do not forward any personal information to third parties who do not form part of the completion of the contract without your prior consent or without any legal reasons.

(2)  On orders of concerned authorities we may forward information on contractual data in particular cases, if this is required for criminal prosecution, for security measures by the federal states' police, for the completion of the legal tasks of the federal and state offices responsible for defending the constitution, for the German Federal Intelligence Service and the German Military Counter-Intelligence Service, or for the protection of intellectual property.
